Stronger Together
Everything most people ask before their first session, answered straight.
Alloy Personal Training Pinecrest opens in October 2026 at 8285 SW 124th Street in Pinecrest, Florida. We're currently enrolling a limited group of founding members who get first pick of session times, priority onboarding, and our Founder's Rate of 20% off for life.
Yes. While our programs are primarily designed for adults 40 and over, we welcome members of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you're brand new to strength training or returning after time off, our expert coaches and supportive small-group format ensure you feel confident, safe, and empowered every step of the way.
Every member begins here: a no-pressure session where we assess how your body actually moves, talk through your goals and history, and map out a plan built around you. It's where you find out exactly what training with us will look like.
Not at all. Alloy is built for people who are starting out, starting over, or getting back into training after time away. We meet you where you are, with individualized coaching and programming tailored to your abilities, experience, and goals in every session.
Our pre-opening offer, limited to the first 75 founding members: 20% off for life, plus first pick of session times and priority onboarding. We'll walk you through the details at your Personal Fitness Assessment.
The InBody Scan is a quick, non-invasive assessment that measures body composition, including muscle mass, body fat, and water balance. It provides a more complete picture than weight alone and helps us make personalized recommendations based on your body composition and goals.
No, and that's deliberate. Rather than promoting fad diets or restrictive meal plans, we focus on evidence-based nutrition strategies that fit your lifestyle and complement your strength training program. And it doesn't end after an initial conversation: members receive ongoing nutrition coaching throughout their membership.
Your first InBody scan happens at your Personal Fitness Assessment, and scans are updated every 30 days in your accountability session. Monthly is frequent enough to catch real change and adjust your program, without chasing normal week-to-week noise.
Unlike crowded classes or impersonal gyms, Alloy offers expert-led small group personal training in a welcoming, age-appropriate environment. You'll get individualized attention, accountability, and real results, without feeling like you're on your own.
Our sessions are limited to 6 people per coach, so you'll always get plenty of individual attention throughout the session, all while gaining motivation and support from other folks in the session!
Yes, in most cases. We learn your history during your Personal Fitness Assessment and build modifications directly into your program, so you train hard where you can and smart where you need to.
Every session is about 55 minutes, coach-led from start to finish. You'll follow a program designed for your body: a guided warm-up, strength training scaled to your level, and coaching to keep you safe. No wandering around a gym floor wondering what to do next.
Membership depends on how often you train, and the right frequency depends on your goals, which is exactly what we work out together in your Personal Fitness Assessment. We'll give you straightforward pricing there, with no pressure and no games.
No. There are no competitions, no whiteboard leaderboards, and no pushing through pain. Alloy is structured strength training with a coach who knows your name and your limits, in groups small enough that nothing gets missed.
Ask them in person: your Personal Fitness Assessment is a conversation, not a commitment.
