Every member begins here: a personalized roadmap built from your movement patterns, health history, and current fitness baseline.

Every member begins here: a no-pressure session where we assess how your body actually moves, talk through your goals and history, and map out a plan built around you. It's where you find out exactly what training with us will look like.

Every incoming member starts their fitness journey with a personalized roadmap: we evaluate your movement patterns, health history, and current fitness baseline to build a customized exercise strategy aligned directly with your personal goals.

Sessions are held at our studio at 8285 SW 124th Street in Pinecrest.

What Happens in Your Session

No Pressure, No Obligation

The Personal Fitness Assessment isn't a sales pitch and it isn't a workout designed to crush you. It's a conversation and an assessment, so both you and your coach know exactly where you're starting from, and you can decide if Alloy is the right fit.

Common Questions

What is the Personal Fitness Assessment and what can I expect during it?

Every member begins here: a no-pressure session where we assess how your body actually moves, talk through your goals and history, and map out a plan built around you. It's where you find out exactly what training with us will look like.

How much does it cost?

Membership depends on how often you train, and the right frequency depends on your goals, which is exactly what we work out together in your Personal Fitness Assessment. We'll give you straightforward pricing there, with no pressure and no games.

Do I have to be in shape already to join?

Not at all. Alloy is built for people who are starting out, starting over, or getting back into training after time away. We meet you where you are, with individualized coaching and programming tailored to your abilities, experience, and goals in every session.

I have an old injury (bad knee, shoulder, back). Can I still train at Alloy?

Yes, in most cases. We learn your history during your Personal Fitness Assessment and build modifications directly into your program, so you train hard where you can and smart where you need to.
